Setting Up Your Branded Tracking Page in LABL

The Branded Tracking Page in LABL allows you to customize the appearance of the tracking page your customers see when they check the status of their orders. This guide will walk you through the steps to setup and customize your Branded Tracking Page.

1. Enable/Disable Branded Tracking

Status: Toggle the “ENABLE/DISABLE BRANDED TRACKING” option to turn on or off the branded tracking page for your customers.

Enabled: Your custom settings will be visible to customers.

Disabled: Your custom settings will be hidden, but your changes will be saved.

 

2. Customize Your Tracking Page

Logo

Upload your brand logo to personalize the page.

Page Title

Customize the title of your tracking page. For example:

Page Title: “Oh Package, Where Art Thou?”

Colors

Customize the colors for various elements on the page:

Page Title Color: #231F20

Progress Bar Color: #000000

3. Preview and Save

Save: Click the “Save” button to store your customizations.

Preview: Click the “Preview” button to view how your customized tracking page will appear to customers.

 

 

4. Customize Email Notifications

 

Email Notifications

Toggle email notifications on or off for tracking updates. These notifications will keep your customers informed about the status of their shipments.

Enabled: Email notifications will be sent to your customers.

Disabled: No email notifications will be sent.

Logo

Upload your brand logo to include in the email notifications.

Colors

Customize the colors for your email notifications:

Header Text Color: #000000

Subheader Background: #000000
