This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to connect your Shopper Approved account to LABL.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that your eCommerce account is already connected to LABL. If this is already set up, proceed with the following steps.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to Available Apps
- Log in to your LABL account.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Integrations, select Available Apps.
Step 2: Select Shopper Approved
- Find and click on Shopper Approved in the list of available apps.
Step 3: Gather Required Information
You will need an API Token and your Site ID from your Shopper Approved account to complete the integration.
- In a new browser tab, log in to your Shopper Approved account.
- Click on the drop-down menu in the top left corner.
- Under Setup, click on API Docs.
- In the General Information section, locate your Site ID and API Token.
- Copy the Site ID and API Token.
Step 4: Enter Information in LABL
- Return to the LABL tab.
- Paste the copied Site ID and API Token into the respective fields in LABL.
- Click Connect.
Step 5: Confirm Connection
- After successful connection, Shopper Approved will appear under Installed Apps in LABL Settings.
- Select your store from the drop-down menu to view Tracking Notification History and Configuration settings.
