Learn how to quickly file LABL Protect claims for customers.
Log in to your LABl account and navigate to the Protected Orders page.
Adjust the order date widow from when the order was placed that you are searching for and click "OK".
Manually search for the order number of the claim you are wanting to file or use the Order ID search bar to locate the order.
Once the order has been located click "File Claim".
Select the affected items, claim reason, and add supporting details. Once completed click "Save".
To view all submitted claims navigate to the Claims tab. All filed claims, whether by the merchant or the customer, will appear here. You can view the status of a claim and send or respond to messages.
