How do I remove LABL Guarantee from Shopify's review request emails?

When a customer adds LABL Guarantee to their order, it is now considered an item within the order. It will show up in Shopify's review request email which is sent to the customer. To remove it, follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to Settings - General - Exclusions within your Shopify Account
  2. Scroll and find the section titled "Exclude products from Review Request with tags", and enter the tag you want to be associated with this request (that could be exclude-review for a more general option or LABL Guarantee if you want to get specific)
  3. Now add your tag to the LABL Protect product in your Shopify Admin account

Alternatively, you can enter the product ID of the item (LABL Guarantee, in this case) directly.
